In the Black Sea and the Azov Sea, the population of a new alien species of mud crab, Europanopeus depressus, was rapidly growing, the first of which was found in these waters in 2024.
Moscow, Oct 8 (Latin Press) The Shirshov Institute of Oceanology of the Russian Academy of Sciences today reported that an exotic species of mud crab, Eurypanopeus depressus, began to spread through the Black and Azov Seas.
