In Ryazan, police officers broke the shoulder of Valentina Nikolaeva, a 55-year-old local resident and teacher, on the assumption that she was a drug dealer. The woman spoke about this on her VK page; the Ryazinformburo telegram channel drew attention to this.

The former headmaster of the Rosan school No. 44, Valentina Volkov, told her that the police had broken her arm by taking her as an impostor when she photographed the flowers, and the UMAD in the Ryazan region reported that the police had "detected signs of wrongdoing" in a woman's behaviour and had been checked.
