Despite sanctions, the new BMW has started production in Russia again. However, the once popular German carmaker is not making a grand comeback, they just found a stock of unused parts in its former factory in Kaliningrad and decided to reuse them. Nevertheless, the Russians are once again presenting this as one of their great automotive victories.
