ANO won the municipal elections in Pilsen for the first time, with a clear lead over STAN. ODS finished third. The PRO Pilsen movement and the Chceme Pilsen coalition, formed by TOP 09, independents and the Greens, also entered the city council. The Pirates experienced a steep decline, failing to enter the council, and the SPD also dropped out.
The ANO movement won the municipal elections in Pilsen for the first time. Its leader and current mayor Roman Zarzycký apparently wants to start negotiations on forming a new coalition on Sunday.

According to the interim results of the municipal elections in Pilsen, where almost 80 percent of the electoral districts have been counted, ANO is leading by a large margin with 32.72 percent, STAN is second (17.08 percent) and ODS is third (14.95 percent).
In the elections to the Pilsen council, after counting more than a fifth of the districts, ANO and independents are leading by a large margin, in the 47-member council they would win 19 seats, followed by STAN with a potential gain of nine representatives.
