In Osmaniye, Bread Is Being Sold for 10 Lira at the Public Bread Factory: 'We Used to Put Stale Bread in the Refrigerator and Eat It, but We Won't Do that anymore.'
In Osmaniye, bread produced at the Public Bread Factory, run by the CHP-controlled Kadirli Municipality, is being sold for 10 Turkish Lira. One customer, who bought the bread which costs 17.5 Lira in the market, stated that he previously consumed stale bread by storing it in the refrigerator, adding, "Now that bread is readily available, we won't need to put any in the refrigerator anymore."
