The Court of Social 2 of Pamplona has recognized a total incapacity, which allows it to receive a lifetime pension of 75% of its regulatory base and with economic effects since May 2024, to an operator of an automotive company that suffers from serious vascular problems and on the foot that prevent it from developing its usual profession, especially due to the high physical requirements that it requires to stand at the workplace.
