In Monaco, the elected members of the National Council adopted on Thursday, 11 June 2026 a bill introducing two new procedures in the Monegasque Code of Criminal Procedure: pleading guilty and the criminal convention. Objectives: to simplify and speed up the handling of criminal cases, but also to comply with international standards for combating money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
