This year, Carnival is not only for the ‘voil jeanetten’, but also for princesses. For at least nine processions, a Princess Carnival was chosen instead of a Prince. Sometimes despite, and sometimes thanks to the traditional beer tasting. “We simply did not realize that women are also interested in being crowned.”
