Three years after the withdrawal of French troops from Mali, the military junta there is on the verge of collapse. The capital Bamako is under siege by jihadists and is cutting off fuel supplies. According to experts, the city's fall is only a matter of time. And not even the Russian Afrika Korps will prevent it.
