In Kyiv, operatives detained a 30-year-old Transcarpathian who, under the guise of an SBU employee, cheated 11 million hryvnias from an elderly academic and transferred them into cryptocurrency.
In Kiev, the fraudsters introduced themselves to the SBU and lured 11 million hryvnias out of the doctor of medical science to check, and a man who was a courier and took the money personally from the victim is now detained.
