The Administrative Court of Almaty found Radio Azattyk McPal Mukankiza guilty of violating the terms of the election-related public opinion polls and imposed a fine on her and gave her the publication. The Court fined Mukankiza 15 monthly estimates (about $130 at the time of publication) and reduced the fine by 30 per cent (about $90) due to family circumstances.
