The President of the Republic, José Antonio Kast, led the farewell ceremony of the “Esmeralda” School Ship, which will begin its 70th Instructional Cruise 2026, reaffirming the commitment of the State to the naval formation, the defense of the maritime interests and the international projection of Chile.
