For 18 years Ramsan Kadyrov has been the right hand of Vladimir Putin in Chechnya. But in the Russian republic a transfer of power is underway. Dictator Kadyrov is said to be seriously ill - and therefore builds up his successor. One of the top favorites is his 17-year-old son.
