The lawyers of the right-holders of Martinez Zogo and those of the DGRE have requested the disqualification of the judges responsible for deciding, on appeal, on the objections to nullity raised by the defence lawyers before the Military Court of Yaoundé. A development which marks a new judgment in the proceedings initiated a year ago.
