During a vote in the Sejm on Friday, MPs elected Maciej Berek as a judge of the Constitutional Tribunal. The former minister was nominated by a group of MPs from the Civic Coalition caucus. Once again, the candidate nominated by the Law and Justice party, Artur Kotowski, did not receive support.
