ÖSYM announced that for candidates experiencing identity issues before the KPSS Undergraduate session on September 6th, designated population registration offices will be open between 07:00 and 10:00 and only "Temporary Identity Documents" will be accepted.
For candidates experiencing issues with their identity documents before the 2026-KPSS Undergraduate General Aptitude-General Culture session, some population registration offices will be open on Sunday, September 6th, between 07:00 and 10:00. Candidates can obtain a temporary identity document by presenting their exam entrance document and a biometric photograph.
The OSYM Presidency announced that some provincial and district population directorates will be open for the 2026-KPSS Undergraduate Exam General Capability-General Culture session to be held on Sunday, September 6, 2026.
