OPELOUSAS, La. (KLFY) -- An unidentified pedestrian was killed in a St. Landry Parish crash that involved a driver police say was impaired. Last night, shortly before 10 p.m., Louisiana State Police began investigating a fatal crash involving a pedestrian on LA 31 (Creswell Lane) near Pebble Road.
