After an unannounced check of a famous nightclub bar in the Lyon area, the Corbas City Hall took an emergency closure order of the establishment. There have been numerous security deficiencies. The management of the discotheque claims to have rectified it since the check.
After a check carried out on 10 January, the mayor of Corbas, Alain Viollet, took a closing order of the Javoo discotheque, alleging breaches of security standards. The co-owner, Hoang Duy Pham, explained that he had been brought into compliance since the check and regretted that he had not had the opportunity to prove it before the publication of the order.
The City of Corbas ordered the immediate closure of the Javoo settlement, located in the Marennes road, following an unannounced check revealing serious breaches of the security rules applicable to establishments receiving from the public (ERP).
