- Rejecting claims he promised Musk that OpenAI would remain nonprofit, Sutskever testified the mission is "larger than its nonprofit or for-profit structure," and recalled turning down a $6 million annual offer from Google.
- Sutskever now leads Safe Superintelligence Inc., an AI research lab valued at $32 billion, after signing a petition to reinstate Altman as a "Hail Mary" to save the company from being "destroyed."
- Closing arguments for the trial will occur on Thursday, District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers said, as the legal battle centers on Musk's accusation that the company abandoned its nonprofit roots.
