Indiana House Approves Bears Stadium Legislation, but Pritzker Optimistic Bears Will Stay in Illinois
The bill creates a stadium authority to issue bonds and raise about $1 billion through local taxes to attract the Chicago Bears to Hammond, Indiana, lawmakers said.
