The French National Financial Prosecutor's Office (PNF) has requested that BNP Paribas, as well as the children of former Gabonese President Omar Bongo, be sent to trial in Paris as part of an investigation into assets fraudulently acquired in France, according to a judicial source. In total, the PNF is seeking to send 23 individuals and legal entities to trial.
