Illegal fire reports have risen across Summit County, but less than a quarter result in citations

An illegal campfire on Hoosier Pass the weekend of Aug. 8 was just one of 92 reports of possible fire-ban violations received by Summit County law enforcement since Stage 2 restrictions took effect.  Yet only 20 of those reports resulted in citations, according to Sgt.
