Slovenian alpine skier Ilka Štuhec finished in 16th place in the downhill in Zauchensee, less than a second behind veteran Lindsey Vonn.
Lindsey Vonn is the winner of the downhill for the Alpine Skiing World Cup in Zauchensee, Austria. Alpine skiers in speed disciplines compete in only the third downhill of the season this Saturday at 11:30. We saw three different winners in the first three (Lindsey Vonn, Emma Aichner and Cornelia Hütter), while the only Slovenian Ilka Štuhec achieved a better ranking from race to race, most recently in Val d'Iser in fourth place. In Zauchensee she has the number 14.
