IKEA Hungary will provide its employees with a one-time, gross HUF 100,000 extraordinary bonus in August this year, after reaching a successful agreement with the Trade Union of Commercial Employees (KASZ). In addition to the additional support to the annual wage increase in April, the parties also agreed to develop a long-term wage development schedule and a comprehensive review of the benefit system.
