Chihuahua, Chih.- This Tuesday in regular session, the State Council of the State Electoral Institute of Chihuahua (IEE) approved the Draft Agreement amending the Rules of Procedure of the Electoral Councils of this body and approving the new integration of the commissions of this local committee authority, as part of the process of institutional renewal resulting from the recent changes in the integration of the college.
