The International Energy Agency (IEA) has updated its oil market forecasts. According to its latest report, global oil demand is expected to grow by 850,000 barrels per day in 2026. This is an acceleration compared to the 2025 forecast, but still below the previous 2026 estimate of 930,000 barrels per day.
