County temporarily caps subdivisions at five buildable lots and approves dispatch service fee increase

The Cache County Council enacted a temporary prohibition on subdivisions with more than five buildable lots — citing water concerns — approved a service fee increase to support 911 dispatch services and attended to other business during its meeting Tuesday.
