IDOT announce railroad crossing closure in McLean next week

MCLEAN, Ill. (WMBD) -- The Illinois Department of Transportation announced that a railroad crossing in McLean will be closed for construction starting on Sept. 8. The closure will occur on U.S. 136 at the Center Street crossing, allowing Union Pacific to replace the crossing, according to an IDOT news release. The closure is expected to last three days.
