Identification sought for remaining defendants in Penn State hazing death suit

WILLIAMSPORT — It has been nearly seven years since the parents of a Penn State student and their son’s estate filed a federal lawsuit over his death, attributed to a fraternity pledge hazing incident.Because of confidentiality agreements, it is not known who or how many of the defendants sued in 2019 by James and Evelyn Piazza and the estate of their son Timothy J. Piazza have settled.
