Iowa City resident José Yugar-Cruz, who was taken into Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE, custody in March, has been granted a temporary release.  Yugar-Cruz was set to be deported to the Democratic Republic of Congo, despite coming to the U.S. from Bolivia.
