The City of Charlottesville officially declared snowfall from the recent winter storm over at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 25. That means, per Charlottesville City Code, all the city’s sidewalks and right-of-ways had to be cleared and walkable by 7:30 p.m. Monday. Obviously, that didn’t happen.
