- Photograph and video released by school officials show Liam Conejo Ramos in an oversized bunny hat and winter coat, escorted by masked federal agents while an officer held his Spider-Man backpack and bystanders screamed as he was led to a blacked-out vehicle.
- They were moved more than 1,300 miles to the South Texas Family Residential Center, Dilley, Texas, and Justice Department records show both have pending immigration court cases, prompting protests and fundraising efforts.
- Superintendent Zena Stenvik questioned why a five-year-old was detained and described the scene as heartbreaking, while Sergio Amezcua, pastor, said `ICE agents were trying to use the baby for her to come out of her house`.
