‘Hiding in Plain Sight’: KBI Detains 10 Offenders in U.S. Illegally, Turns Them over to ICE

The Kansas Bureau of Investigation detained 10 noncitizens with convictions for sex, drug, or violent crimes under ICE supervision from Oct. 24 to Nov. 14, officials said.

Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach announced that the KBI detained 10 offenders who are in the U.S. illegally and have “serious criminal histories.”
