The officer, identified in court documents as Jonathan Ross, was previously involved in another incident, where he was dragged after getting his arm trapped in a vehicle while trying to make an arrest.
The ICE agent who shot and killed Renee Nicole Good in Minneapolis has been identified as Jonathan Ross. He previously served in the Indiana National Guard, was a machine gunner in Iraq, and has nearly 20 years of experience with federal immigration enforcement. A few months before the Minneapolis shooting, he was seriously injured during the arrest of a convicted pedophile: the man dragged Ross in his car for 12 seconds.
