The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has started consultations with Ukraine and the Russian Federation on establishing a temporary ceasefire zone to repair the last spare power line of the 330 kV Zaporizhzhya NPP, damaged and disconnected as a result of hostilities, the agency's director general Rafael Grosz said Cy.
