The Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Rafael Grossi said today that the "best path" for Iran is to resume dialogue with the agency, as a draft resolution seen by Agence France-Presse proposes referring the matter to the UN Security Council.

"The best and fastest path to a positive outcome is for Iran to start a dialogue with us," Grossi said.
