Eric Leif Jordahl, 26, was found guilty this week of a six-year-old murder. The man killed his mother, a local politician, by stabbing and eating her in the family home in the small town of Big Lake, near Minneapolis, Minnesota. He faces life in prison, but he could also be acquitted on grounds of insanity. The court will decide next week.
