Former President Miloš Zeman has admitted that he is toying with the idea of running for president again. At the same time, the almost 82-year-old ex-politician is aware of the limits of his age and the risks it brings. Current President Petr Pavel Zeman was not surprised by his ambitions.
Former President Miloš Zeman does not rule out trying to run for the Prague Castle seat again. In an interview with MF Dnes, he said that he is still attracted to the presidential candidacy and that he is considering it "in the back of his mind." At the same time, however, he admitted his age. "Miloš, you are 82 years old and you should not be the Czech Biden," his alter ego says to his own ego.
Former President Miloš Zeman spoke in an interview for iDNES.cz about the current head of state, Petr Pavlov, his dispute with the government of Andrej Babiš, and concession fees. "Under normal circumstances, the public is pleased when any taxes or fees are abolished or reduced. So it is somewhat absurd when there is suddenly a fight to maintain - albeit insignificant - fees," he says.
