INSTITUTE, WV (WOWK) — Interstate 64 has been reduced to one lane after a tractor-trailer jackknifed near the Institute exit Monday. According to Metro 911, the crash was reported on the westbound lanes around 7:21 p.m. Workers are currently on scene clearing the wreck. The Kanawha County Sherriff's Office said no injuries or leaks have been reported. Joining the Sheriff's Office on scene are members of the Institute Fire Department.
