The Hydrocarbon Regulation and Control Agency (ARCH) reported that it initiated sanctions against 18 fuel marketers “for not reporting stocks of 448 gas stations nationwide” between 9 and 12 May. According to the Agency’s statement, the process is established by the Hydrocalide Law, since, by failing to report, the marketers failed to instruct each service station’s daily existence of the product belonging to its authorized distribution network.…
