Hutchinson to remove traffic lights at 2 intersections, saving thousands of dollars

The City of Hutchinson is making a rare move to take down traffic lights. Officials say removing lights at two intersections, 4th Avenue and Washington, and Avenue A and Washington, is expected to save them more than $50,000 in long-term costs.
