Husband killed, wife badly injured in central Pa. crash involving motorcycle and car

WILLIAMSPORT — A Sunday afternoon accident in Lycoming County that left the operator of a three-wheel motorcycle dead and his wife seriously injured remains under investigation related to possible charges, police say.Benjamin Isbell, 75, of Cogan Station, and his wife Billie Jo, 57, were not wearing helmets when the collision occurred about 2:40 p.m. on Lycoming Creek Road, north of Williamsport, Lycoming Regional Police said.
