Hurricane Fire & Rescue Carnival kicks off in Putnam County

HURRICANE, W.Va. (WOWK) - The annual Hurricane Volunteer Fire & Rescue Carnival is in full swing, with fried treats and community bonding at Hurricane High School. There's still time to join the fun as the event continues Friday and Saturday.
