Hubbard County charts its 5-year capital project plan

Hubbard County is eyeing its future budgetary needs. County commissioners approved a 2026-31 capital improvement plan (CIP) at their Tuesday, April 21 meeting. The estimated cost of all proposed projects is $29,874,333.
