The network of complicitys woven around the traffic of fuels inside the Navy arose from the first months of the administration of the Admiral Secretary Rafael Ojeda, at the start of the government of López Obrador. According to new reports, this network is conserved in key spaces of the Navy, in particular in several of the 17 naval customs, which are hermetic to investigations.
