Honolulu police arrested three people, confiscated three e-dirt bikes, issued 10 citations and gave 15 warnings during an enforcement operation in Ewa Beach on Thursday.

According to HPD, three were arrested on suspicion of driving without a license and on warrants of contempt of court.
