The President of the Commission on the Evaluation of Judges, Andrei Bivol, said today, on 31 March, at the issue of the "AZI Point" on TVR Moldova that part of the delays in the vetting process are caused by some candidates who use different procedures - from repeated requests of both to refusal in series - to conduct the evaluation.
