Minister of Labour, Florin Manole, excluding Digi24, said that it would not be "avant" to say how many of the Romanians who appear to be paid with the minimum wage leave home with the money of the minimum salary and how they are actually paid "the black" and appear fictitious with the minimum wage. "There is a whole procedure to be respected as in the case of Mr Cuc," said the Minister of Labour, referring to the most likely price of innocence.
