The NATO force commander in Europe has tightened the tone against Russia by calling on member countries to "mail a clear and concise message to the Russians" in response to the proliferation of hybrid attacks attributed to Moscow.
"(US General Alexus, Supreme Allied Commander Europe, NATO - ELTA) Grynkewichius spoke about this from a slightly different angle yesterday when presenting NATO's plan on how to respond to Russia's military actions, including hybrid actions. If we look at it and read it carefully, we would see that the response will be very, very felt by Russia," A. Skaisgirytė told Žinių radija on Tuesday.
