A new report reveals the difference in Israeli universities ' dealings with 48 Palestinian students, and the penalties and disciplinary measures imposed on them in contrast to their Jewish counterparts.
The organization has examined proceedings against Arab students at about 40 institutions since the outbreak of the war. According to the report, more than 80 students were suspended before a hearing and 20 were expelled permanently or for extended periods. Haifa University rejects the claims: "Partial, biased and highly inaccurate picture"
